How to Build a Genesis Machine
- a field guide for small companies looking for big clients
'How to Build a Genesis Machine' is a field guide for UK SMEs and microbusiness written by TradShack's founder, Jonathan Reynardine. The book takes a critical view of the ways in which microbusinesses are currently managed by their owners, how they are perceived by their industry peers and where they are positioned in their chosen marketplace.
It then proceeds to rip up convention offering in its place a radical but proven alternative - a drilldown perspective of why the majority of microbusiness struggle to preserve pricing in a bidding contest, how they can combat adversity in a competitive marketplace and where the owners can reposition their businesses in the eyes of future clients with the aim of achieving bigger profits, higher levels of desirability and consistent client loyalty.
