What TradShack Opportunity Watch does
We look for the work. You decide whether it’s worth pursuing.
Opportunity Watch searches your local territory for worthwhile building opportunities and brings the relevant ones to your attention.
Extensions. Conversions. Renovations. New builds. Groundworks. Commercial work.
We don’t just find opportunities. We make sense of them.
Opportunity Watch considers each opportunity against the type of work your business is equipped to take on, filters out the noise and gives you a practical commercial overview before you decide whether to act.
Each alert tells you:
- what the opportunity is
- where it is
- the likely work involved
- why it may suit your business
- who may be worth contacting
- what you could do next
Less searching. Less sorting. Better-informed decisions.
Who Opportunity Watch is for
Opportunity Watch is designed for small building firms and contractors who want a steadier view of worthwhile local work without spending precious time searching for it.
If your business takes on building, renovation, conversion, groundwork or related project work, Opportunity Watch is designed with you in mind.
You decide what’s worth pursuing
We find and interpret the opportunities. You decide whether to act.
The aim is not to give you more leads. It is to help you recognise the opportunities worth your time.
